Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On March 27, 2020, Zosano Pharma Corporation (the Company) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K reporting that the Company had received notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (Nasdaq) indicating that the Company is not in compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market and that it has a period of 180 calendar days, or until September 22, 2020, to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement.
On April 17, 2020, the Company received notice from Nasdaq, which stated that, due to recent market conditions, effective as of April 16, 2020, Nasdaq has determined to toll the compliance period for the minimum bid price requirement through June 30, 2020. As a result of this extension, the Company now has until December 7, 2020 to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement. If the Company is not in compliance by December 7, 2020, the Company may still be eligible for additional time to regain compliance.
Pursuant to the requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the registrant has duly caused this report to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned hereunto duly authorized.
